Register with a deposit of $100 by December 1st to get the EARLYBIRD discount of $30. Regular price for housing and 6 delicious meals starting with Friday dinner is $460.00.

WHO MAY ATTEND:

We believe that trans women are women, without exception. We believe that gender-expansive, nonbinary, or two-spirit people who feel most comfortable in/identify with women’s spaces are welcomed and included in our work. When we say women+, we include these people. Adopted from UU Women's Federation by consensus, March 2025

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the event cancels you will get a full refund; otherwise cancellation/refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and none will be honored except for hardship after February 1, 2027. SCHOLARSHIPS:

Thursday Retreat Preparation
A portion of each registration fee helps cover Thursday night lodging for up to 10 volunteers who arrive early to prepare the retreat. We prioritize volunteers whose roles require a Thursday arrival. All 10 Thursday night volunteers will participate in retreat set-up.

Fragrance-Free Retreat
To help make the retreat accessible and comfortable for participants with fragrance sensitivities, please do not wear fragrances or use strongly scented personal products during the retreat.

Accessibility at Enchanted Hills
Enchanted Hills is a beautiful, hilly campus. Shuttle transportation is available between the lodging area and the dining/program areas, but some lodging still involves uphill or downhill walking.

If accessibility is a concern for you and you would like more information before registering or before room assignments are made, please let us know. We are happy to give you a call and talk through the layout and available options.

We do our best to assign rooms with the least amount of walking to attendees who share accessibility concerns.
